As I saw her from the glass outside the ward where she was being operated my heart drenched with sorrow and pain. The female nurses were taking out her clothes and were putting her in hospital gown. Her body was too pale and numb, I don’t know if she was even breathing or not? When I saw her she had her body covered in scar of cuts all over her body top to bottom. When the nurses flipped her a little I could see her back had cut scars too. Oh Moon Goddess what had she been through? Although looking her naked for just a moment gave me goose bumps and I couldn’t control myself from thinking to be with her and make her the queen she deserves to be.

For another minute when I saw her neck she had some mark as if someone had captive her for a long time. Beta Steve came and kept his hand over my shoulder

Steve : Calm down Alpha, she’ll be fine, please don’t cry hold on your tears.

(Wait I was crying. Well no doubt I can cry she is my mate after all. I always dream about her and she is here now but in this condition that I can hardly talk to her and get to know what all she had been through. I gave nod to Steve and a task too)

Me : Steve gather every warrior, every bounty hunter anyone and everyone tell them to search where do she belongs to which pack, which area, which place and who the f**k dared to do this to her. Remember Steve tell everyone she is there Luna and if she won’t live I will leave too. Don’t punish that person by yourself, drag them here. I want to have word with them, I want to remind them that DEVIL EXISTS.

Steve : Very well Alpha.

(With that Steve left and I gone to my mansion to mother. I saw mother and she could really tell by seeing me that I had been crying for hours now)

Mom : Oh Grey! Kid! What happened ?

Me : Mom.. M..o..m.. Mom the luna. Mom you was right Storm was looking out for luna. We found her, we found her body mom, she was numb flowing in the river. She have so many cuts and scar over all her body as if .. as if someone kept her captive.

Mom she is my luna it was our responsibility to keep her safe, only if I wasn’t too busy in being an Alpha I could’ve been a better mate to her. Mom her stomach mom.. Her stomach had been burnt and she have brutal injuries over her neck and wrists as of silver. I… I want her to survive mom.. I promise I’ll keep her safe from everything and anything. I’ll be a good mate, whatever she’ll ask for I’ll provide her without thinking. I .. mom.. I want her to be happy and alive. Please mom …. (And with that I couldn’t control and cried my heart out in front of her, my mother hugged me until I was short of tears now)

Mom : Kid, the only way we can save her is the people’s love and prayers. Ask your pack to pray for their luna.

(With that I mind linked my omega to held a urgent call to every single person of pack within 10 minutes in training ground. Omega William did, he gathered everyone, old to kid, men to women, adolescent to adult everyone, although they turned out to be 10,000 people. Everyone there was talking about what’ so urgent and few saying they heard me growling, few said they left every work to gather here etc. The moment I entered it as a complete pin drop silence and I only heard “Good day Alpha” which was exactly the opposite of what I was having right now )

Me : People I know you all might be wondering why had I called you all here, the reason is “ I found your Luna” .

(I heard people cheering and congratulating me, praising there pack etc. , by listening to them a single tear rolled down my eyes few kids noticed it one of them growled high pitch and everyone looked at him )

Kid : Shut up all of you. Our Alpha is crying you blind public.

(To which everyone gasped and looked at me. I internally thanked the kid to making them finally look at me and listen to me. People again started chattering what happened? Can alpha really cry, what could be such bad that alpha had to cry. The kid got irritated again and growled even harder this time. )

Kid : QUITTTEEEEEE I SAID. LISTEN TO THE ALPHA QUIT YOUR ASSUMPTIONS NOW.

(If I would be fine I would’ve chuckled. Storm was also on his verge now. Everyone was quite now and was waiting for me to speak)

Me : Yes I got my mate and your Luna, but she isn’t here. I found her in river flowing like dead, looking to her I only can say that she had been captive and brutally treated, I know that I don’t have right to ask this from you as you all have your own personal life but please PLEASE! I, CARTER GREY BEG’S YOU ALL EVERYONE PRESENT HERE PLEASE PRAY FOR HER WELL BEING. I DON’T KNOW HER I HAVEN’T HAD ANY CONVERSATION WITH HER BUT I KNOW SHE IS MY MATE I CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT HER. IF SHE’LL DIE LAYING IN THAT HOSPITAL BED I’LL DIE TOO I CAN’T RESIST THIS HEARTBREAK AND NOR CAN MY WOLF DO. YOU ALL KNOW THAT BEING AN ALPHA I AUTOMATICALLY CAN FEEL 5 TIMES MORE THAN YOU. IF IT’S HEARTBREAK TOO. I beg you please.

Person 2 : She is our LUNA. We may have not met her yet but she is our mother and sister she have to live for us. We need her.

Peron 3 : Yes she needs to live. Moon goddess can’t be so cruel to our pack and our Alpha.

They chanted that for almost half hour and I broke down to their respect towards their Luna whom none of us know currently. I asked them all to leave and pray for her.

------ Week Later -----------

It’s been a week now, in pack there is now became a ritual twice a day at 5 am and 7 pm everyone gather to pray for their luna, I took a week off and been here by her side too. She might get her consciousness anytime now.. Right? Well that’s what me and Storm are telling each other since a week now. Storm is upset he nearly broke the hills out there in forest. Although that doesn’t connect to any pack, that certainly comes in our sole territory and land behind the hills too. Well you can’t keep a 6′6 alpha wolf calm when his luna is almost on death bed.
