Carter Grey merciless slayer, he was 6′4 with jet black hair and lake blue eyes, he was sculpted like a Greek god, perfect jawline and perfect beard and mustache, his eyes were the true mirror of his soul, he had 8 pack body and hard rock chest. Every girl could easily drool over him if he’ll give them a simple smile. Only problem was he only smirks and never smiles. He kept himself emotionless and practically away from any kind of love or hate relation. He was the Alpha of Red Cliff Pack.
Red Cliff pack was biggest pack of North America. His pack is as merciless as him. It was his 16th b’day when he got to be the Alpha of his pack. His wolf STORM was the strongest wolf not only in his pack but entire clan of werewolf’s. Generally Alpha’s practice fighting skills with his Beta or Omega but Carter from the age of 18 used to practice his skills with other Alpha’s in the entire region. His heart only melts with the kids. He isn’t Alpha with them he becomes some 10 year old while playing with them.

Back in Blood Moon pack, Mae was in kitchen making breakfast for the pack in pack house as she did for last 6 years since she was 14 years old. She got beaten up even if she gets 5 minute late to serve.
Mia (another servant working in kitchen) : Hey Mae hurry up lady else they’ll kill you
Mae's POV:
Mia was the only lady who was good to me in entire pack, other was Xavier he was with me since I was 2 years old. They both were my only friends, since the day Xavier got his wolf he had been in army training of pack, whenever he gets leave and comes back he and his wolf tries every ounce of force they could use to protect me from the others*
I made scrummed eggs, sausages and chocolate pastries for the pack in breakfast. I was about to serve the food when I heard a growl at the door of kitchen, it was Stacy she was the b***h of the pack. She was a said w***e and shares bed with any man of pack, even with the Alpha ever since the Luna died.
She came and took the knife and cut it through my wrist accusing me for being late for breakfast. I whimpered and she cut it again.
Stacy : b***h! you want us all to die in hunger . Don’t you?
ME : No Stacy please accept my apology. I’m really sorry for being late I’ll be there in a minute. (she let my hand go.)
With the dripping of my blood I served the food and took it in the main hall for serving in plates.
Alpha looked at me and gave me a soft glance. Then he told me to serve before food gets cold.
I did as being ordered. They all had food and I left for the kitchen to bring the desert and keep it on table.
Mia gave me a pity look and I gave her low smile.
I gone back to the table but got shocked when I see who just entered the room.
It was Laurence, usually she never comes to pack house and stays at home but to my worst dream she was here. As I approached the table she came and stood near me giving a dead look and as I finished serving everyone she took pardon of Alpha and we came in kitchen, Mia was still there but Laurence didn’t cared crunched my hair in her hand. I winced with this sharp approach and pain in my head, she then threw me to near by wall and then kicked me several time in my ribs, I felt the pain so bad almost 2-3 of my ribs might be broken by now. And then she shouted over me :
Laurence : You slut, you ate the pie from my fridge at home? How did you dared to do that?
I was in shock as I haven’t did that but then I remembered Lio (HER BOYFRIEND) took something out of the fridge today as I was leaving for the pack house. I confessed this to her: Laurence it wasn’t me it was Lio he ate the pie this morning when I left for pack house.
Listening to this her anger now rose and she took the glass bottle from the shelf broke it over my head and then she pierced its remaining side in my lap, deep inside till it reached my bone I gave up in pain and my vision got blurry, my head was now lost too much blood and so was from my leg too. I drifted in darkness and lost my vision completely but I gave a last shout out of my lungs.
Laurence might have left after that because when I opened my eyes I was in Mia’s room in basement and she might have gave me bandages. I woke up with a sore leg and pain in ribs and head, as took Mia’s name few times till she approached me. She had tears in her eyes well up, she gave me a careful hug and asked how m I ? To which I told her truth and about pain in body. Now I asked her what happen and since when m I sleeping, to my surprise she said 3 days. My eyes shoot out and I gave her a tensed look to which she gave me a comforting smile and told that she told everything to Alpha and he gave a warning to Laurence but he can’t do any further as Laurence was the wife of my father. Then she told me that Alpha got my leave sanctioned till I wakes up or ready to move. I was grateful to Mia right now I was in loss of words so I just gave her a hug and she reversed it in seconds. WE parted away she gave me fruits and some food then an hour later few medicines and asked to rest as she’ll tell Alpha that I'm conscious now . After which she left. I drifted to sleep now. May be my first night when I’m not chained or got new cut.
