Volume 2 The Disputes Among the Families (1) - Chapter 84 The Invitation Near the Cold Coagulation Spring

The sun came in through the window and dyed everything in the room bright golden. Of course, it shone Mu Yunfei's body.

Perhaps because he was relieved after finishing the job, he didn't want to get up even though it was nearly noon. He was awake, yet he still wanted to loosen up only for a while... Then he fell asleep again.

"Mu Yunfei, what time is it now? Why haven't you got up?" What he imagined didn't happen. She awakened him indeed, but...

"Alas... Ouch... Nana... I was wrong..." Mu Yunfei sat up on the bed when his ear was pinched by Nana, and his slack pupils focused again. The dazzling sunshine ripped into his eyes, and he didn't feel exhausted anymore.

Nana showed a smile suddenly on her serious face and looked at Mu Yunfei, saying softly, "In fact, it's nothing. Master Xing Ye has something to tell Xing Jie, and we will set out in a few days." When Mu Yunfei walked out of the room and was bathed in sunshine again, it was at noon. Nana was standing at the door and waiting for him.

"Where are we going?" Mu Yunfei quickly walked to Nana and asked curiously.

Nana smiled yet didn't answer. She held his hand and walked to the place near the inner mansion of the Xing family.

What was there? Judging from the current situation, the place Nana would take him to was still in the mansion of the Xing family. Was it...

When they walked on the path made of bluestone, the shrubs around which had been clipped carefully showed the faint breath of plants under the sunshine, and it made people feel peaceful. The Phoebe zhennan in the distance still stood erect and provided a perfect place to enjoy the cool for people under the sunshine at noon.

The mansion of the Xing family was quite spacious and grand. After they walked for about ten minutes, they indistinctly saw the red wall and yellow tiles of the inner mansion. A person was standing not far away from the gate of the inner mansion, and she had a slender figure, while her fair skin was ruddy under the sunshine.

They approached slowly, and Mu Yunfei finally found that it was Xing Jie's younger sister, Xing Fan. Behind her was the Cold Coagulation Spring which made Mu Yunfei curious. It showed faint blue light.

"Nana, Yunfei, you have come!" Seeing Mu Yunfei and Nana walking over, Xing Fan quickly ran over and greeted them. Because Mu Yunfei and Nana had saved her life in the forest, she was friendly to them and expressed her gratitude in her words.

"Xing Fan, you told me last night that we can use the Cold Coagulation Spring. Is it true?" Nana asked in a gentle voice.

Last night, after Nana returned to her room, she heard a knock at the door. In the beginning, she thought that it was Mu Yunfei, but when she opened the door, she saw Xing Fan. Xing Fan just gave Nana some fruits and food and expressed her thanks for saving her life, while at last, she said that she could take them to refine their bodies in the Cold Coagulation Spring because the magical circle in the center of the mansion had magical effects for the people with abilities of the ice nature.

For example, she had promoted a lot within a short period under the effect of the Cold Coagulation Spring. Although she still couldn't compare with her elder brothers Xing Jie and Xing He, she was above average among the young people.

"Yes, Nana, as a member of the direct line in the Xing family, we have the right to arrange some people fit for refining their bodies in the Cold Coagulation Spring to promote their strength. Although it is only open to the family members, after all, you have saved my life, and I have nothing to repay you. My brother has said that both of you have abilities of the ice nature. Mu Yunfei was stunned. He had heard of Xing Jie mention the function of this Cold Coagulation Spring the other day, and he knew that the energy in it was tremendous. While walking close to the Cold Coagulation Spring again, Mu Yunfei could still feel the strong energy of the ice nature from the spring water. He suddenly had a feeling that some power in his body changed a little under the guidance of the faint blue light.

The three walked to the edge of the Cold Coagulation Spring. Xing Fan pointed to two stone platforms under the rockery in the center of the spring water, saying, "Look. The two stone platforms have been designed for people to meditate. Although people's Bloodline Power is innate and mainly won't change, there are chances, while this Cold Coagulation Spring obviously will provide you with some chances.
