Chapter 2

352 Words
I kept staring through the window trying to see who will come out from that house or come to that fancy ass car.  "Hey, mom. Do you know anything about new neighbors or something like that?" I asked my mom, who just got home from work. "Oh, yes. I did, actually." She nodded her head and placed the bags from grocery store. I grabbed Oreo cookies like a wild animal and looked at her again waiting for something to come out from about that new neighbor. "Sooo, the new neighbor?" I blinked waiting. "Oh yes... I heard it is some guy. Rich man and Irish. That's all I know, hun." She smiled looking at me.  "Irish... Great." I mumbled stuffing Oreos in my mouth. "Why does it sound like it is bad for him being Irish?" My mom got confused. "No, it is fine but... Ya know how they love beer and party, stuff." I shrugged my shoulders. She just nodded. "How was school?" She asked sitting down. "Good, as always. Nothing new." I stood up. I never tell my mom about my day like I should. She don't understand me as I want to. She keeps saying to me 'look at yourself first not others' as I start telling what happened in school. I'm kinda lonely even though I have Mason... But he doesn't make me whole. I still feel lonely, sad, not understood.  "You again..." I whispered with annoyance looking at my phone. It was a message from Mason. I threw my phone on the bed as I walked in my bedroom.  "So, a rich dude..." I stepped next to the window looking at that car again.  I lowered down as I saw a brunette guy walking out of the house. Jesus, I kept stalking like this for maybe half an hour til he came out.  "f**k, I can't see him..." I groaned from disappointment. I sighed as he just left with a car. I wonder how he looks... Probably not that good as a Irish guy. I should stop thinking about this new neighbor and focus on my things.
