We pulled up to the house. Leaving for two months seemed longer to me. We got out and grabbed our bags out of the backseat.
In two weeks, we would leave for school and make the best of it. We walked in and carried our bags up to our rooms. I opened my door, set my bag down, and crawled into bed. Oh, bed, I’ve missed you.
Five guys piled onto me.
“Are you kidding me? You couldn’t wait until I got settled?” I asked.
“We missed you, Maggie,” Nathan said.
“How can you miss me? We spent all summer together.”
