Silence!
An awkward silence!
A very awkward silence!
Xander and I sits on a love sofa opposite Aunt, her gaze is solely on me… and to make matters worse, she wore a knowing smirk.
I couldn’t take it anymore, so I move closer to Xander.. impossibly closer to Xander.
I grab his arm and hide my face on his back, slightly.
Xander clears. “Mom, stop staring at my baby, you’re embarrassing her!”
Aunt ignores him and starts looking between us… My cheeks flame up, I take a peek at Xander and notice his ears and neck all red.
He's blushing!
“Mom!” Xander calls aunt.
She suddenly bursts into laughter, making me sink more into my embarrassment.
So laughs so hard that she’s holding her stomach, tears threatening to fall from her eyes.
“Mom, stop it!”
