“Yeah,” said Johnny. “We’ll go with that. Let’s get the hell out of here!”
All three ran down the hallway and came up to double doors that had been recently sealed with reinforced steel metal plates. Anna stopped in front of the door and said, “Guys, hold up.”
“Seriously, Anna, you want to investigate now?” said Lance as he pointed his cyber limb with the laser down the hallway.
“Anna, I’m kind of with Lance here. We don’t know if whatever happened to those people isn’t going to happen to us,” said Johnny.
“Okay, I know these doors were recently sealed trying to keep something in,” said Anna.
“Well,” said Lance. “I didn’t seem to help them.”
“If you think about it,” said Anna. “The way we are running to is where those people tried to escape.”
