It was silent as everyone was in their rooms, probably asleep. Apparently, vampires could actually fall asleep but due to their super-hearing, it was very easy to wake them up. Zak had taken the room at the very end of the hall near Tisha's, something both of them didn't seem happy about. She still had to find out what happened between them. She made a note to herself to ask the female vampire the next day.
But Anastasia couldn't sleep knowing they had found them and their bodies were lying lifelessly on her bedroom floor. Even though the bodies were burnt and the room smelled like bleach after they had cleaned it up, from the blood and the hearts Zak had ripped from their chest, she could still see them. It was terrifying and disgusting at the same time.
