King Conri's POV
I'm sitting at the dining room table, having my dinner when pain strikes my chest, it is so sudden and sharp that It takes me by surprise, my first in command, Damien walks into the room at that moment about to say something, when he sees my distress though he rushes over to me.
"Your Highness. Are you okay?" He asks with concern. I take a few deep breaths trying to get the pain to ease but it only burns my chest more, after a few minutes it becomes a dull ache so I manage to breathe normally.
"She did it" I whisper to myself quietly.
"what was that, your highness?" I look up to Damien standing next to me.

"Who did your highness? Who did what?" he asks confused.
"Cora. She rejected him," I reply.
