The next morning Maya went to work looking dashing and breath taking, it was her first day at work and she wants to make it the most memorable. Hey Maya, how have you been, mia, Maya's close co worker asks. Am good, and you? Maya responds. Ohh am fine am fine, I just can't take my eyes off you, I know it's your first day but have known you for years and I can tell that you are trying to impress someone, tell me who is it?, mia asks curiously. Am not trying to impress any mother fucker gurlll am just trying to make my first day at work memorable, Maya responds. Uhm uhm anything you say, Mia says with a ( am not buying it look).Whatever, I have work to do, maya says leaving to her own office.

After Seven hours of work Maya is exhausted and just want to go home and rest, but it seems like fate as a different plan. Maya suddenly gets a call from the head secretary saying that the boss wants to inspect her work. Maya is nervous at first but is confident of herself and her work and heads to the bosses office. As she goes she can't help but imagine how seeing the high and mighty tycoon billionaire boss would be in real life, although she had heard rumors of him but nothing beats the real deal. Maya is standing in front of the bosses office, physically she looks okay but deep down inside she is shaking and a little bit nervous , but she summons unknown courage and manages to knock , She knocked three times and there was no answer but as she was about to knock the fourth time He opened the door, As Maya stood face to face with her boss she couldn't help it but to check him out, his wearing a dark suit that fits his body perfectly and his face is like the combination of Tom cruise and a Greek God and let's not talk about his chiseled jawline and fine curly hair that beautifully matches his light brown skin tone and golden brown eyes, he just looked too good to be true. Uhm can I help you, Desmond Williams( The Boss) asked looking puzzled as he looks at Maya. Ye...Ye.....yes am the new staff, I was told by the head secretary that you wanted to inspect my work , Maya said, and she was genuinely surprised at how she was able to respond without sounding weird and stupid. Yes I did, you are Maya right I just wanted to see how good you are, because my managing director couldn't stop blabbering about how good you are so I just wanted to see it for myself, Desmond replied in the most addictive voice ever. Maya was genuinely surprised about how beautiful and gentle his voice is. This are all my work for today sir , Maya said putting down her work files on Desmond's table. Okay, I will go through it tonight and get back to you tomorrow, but if you don't mind can you bring me some coffee, Desmond requested and Maya happily complied. Four minutes later Maya is back with Mr Desmond's coffee, and as she was about giving it to him she tripped on something invisible and accidentally spilling the coffee on the floor and because Mr Desmond just had to play the hero when she was about to fall with the coffee she accidentally kissed him on the lips, at this point both of them were caught off guard and awkwardly separated from their awkward position. And this point Maya couldn't help but whisper to herself that she is so done but judging by the look on Mr Desmond's face it say's otherwise. Am so so so sorry that was a mistake am so sorry, Maya apologies with sincerity in her eyes. It's okay I understand but I better get going now so that I can change my clothes, I guess I will see you tomorrow then , Mr Desmond awkwardly leaves trying not to make things weirder. Maya sits on the floor of Mr Desmond's office with her hands on her face, ahhhhhhh, what have I just done, oh am toast, oh Maya u stupid unlucky Jinx of a girl u've definitely done it again this time.

The next day Maya came to work a little bit late , at first she was contemplating on whether she should or she shouldn't come to work but she knew she had to, she has just resumed yesterday and slacking off on the next day isn't good. So she summoned courage and went to work but still Maya had to keep herself in check so as usual she went looking stunning with her beautiful long curly hair and dashing mini gown alongside a flawless face like her's and not to talk of how the dress brought out her beautiful curves. When she got to work she knew she was late but didn't really think of it much all she could think of was her kiss with Mr Desmond, how his lip's toasted like strawberry And how his perfume kept on calling to her and not to talk of how he looked at how thought it was more of lip pecking but damn Maya was hooked.

Three hour's in and her talkative friend mia has already come to give her the gist of the day, she knew about the in and outs of the company and all the secrets of every damn person in every damn department, No one absolutely no one's secret as ever escaped Mia's ear's. As mia kept on talking Maya couldn't help but feel un easy what if Maya accidentally gets drunk and spill the tea about what happened between her and her boss , would she get sacked from work for ruining the image of a billionaire or worst she could be thrown out of the city. Maya was still contemplating her thought's and mia was still busy chattering when a call comes in for Maya, it's the head secretary, She said that the boss wants to see her. At this moment Maya could feel her heart race faster than a train. Oh dear Lord, am definitely done for.
