Caroline could barely sleep a wink at night because every single time she closed her eyes, she found herself thinking about the dream or whatever it had been. The memory of standing in that strange place refused to leave her mind. it all felt far too real to simply be a dream. So instead of sleeping, Caroline spent most of the night staring at the ceiling. The ghost lingered nearby for most of it. At first, Caroline thought she would bring up the dream again. She seemed curious enough, but surprisingly, she didn't.
