Chapter 6

An hour later she she heard a knock on her door which woke her from her nap. “Mis Bella, you have a visitor” Sandra said and stood by the door, Sandra happens to be a maid in the John's family for a very long time. She has been working there for 8 years and she has grew to love them especially Bella. Hearing this Bella raised her head look at the door “who is that” she said maintaining that position “miss it's Sir Joshua” Sandra said “Joshua!!!“ She exclaimed and jumped out of bed heading straight to the bathroom cause she was still in her uniform but stop to look at the time and saw that it was few minutes passed 4 “oh s**t” she cursed and looked at the door “miss sandra,tell him I will be down in a bit okay!“ She said and shut the door to the bathroom while Sandra went back down stairs “Sir Joshua, she will be with you shortly” Sandra said “okay, thank you miss sandra” he said with a smile “why haven't you been dropping by” Sandra said moving closer to him “miss sandra, I've been busy” he said looking at her “too busy to check on the young miss?“ Sandra said with a look telling him she didn't believe a word he said “Miss sandra, don't stare at me with those eyes” he said moving away from her gaze “tell me, who has been keeping you really busy” Sandra said and she move closer to him giving him a look with so much disdain “Miss sandra, it's no one” he said and tried to move away but was caught by Sandra “Are you sure about that cause if I find out someone else has been keeping you so busy ” Sandra said drowning him with so many questions “you will have to tell me why you didn't tell me first?“ Her last statement made the both of them laugh “miss sandra, can you stop pulling my legs already” he was still laughing “I've missed you my boy” Sandra said with hands on his shoulder “I've missed you too miss sandra… especially your cooking” he smile “I've missed them so much” he said “then you should come around often okay!“ She said and hit his wide chest with her hand “ouch!“ He place his hand on that area and said “I will” he said and then they both heard sound coming from the stairway they both turn to the direction and was stunned. Bella was walking down the stairs and Joshua was taken aback “wow! She's so beautiful. She looks like a Barbie doll without any makeup, she's just so perfect” Joshua was busy thinking and didn't realize that Bella was already standing in front of him. She waved her hand in front of him to gain his attention “Joshua, Hello!“ She said and he got back to his senses “I'm so sorry about that” he said “No, I should be the apologizing for keeping you waiting for so long” she said trying to apologize but he stopped her “you don't need to apologize for anything okay! At least I got to talk to miss sandra “ he said and looked at Sandra who was standing next to him with a smile on her face “thank you so much miss sandra… you're a life saver” Bella said and went in and gave Sandra a hug “you're welcome miss Bella” Sandra said and continued “you both would be late , you need to be on your way now” she said and place her hands and the both of them urging them to leave soon and go have fun “okay miss sandra” Bella said “ we'll be leaving now miss sandra. Be good okay!“ Joshua said and gave her a slight hug and they both started walking towards the door “you both have fun okay!“ Sandra said “ okay !“ Bella said and they both left the mansion. Joshua was busy driving while Bella at the other hand was busy enjoying the view then she noticed that they haven't spoken a word to each other she turn to look at him “Joshua, where exactly are we going?“ She said breaking the silence “Don't worry too much okay! When we get there you'll see for yourself” he said with a smile reaching his eyes and couple of minutes later he pulled over at a garden “we are here “ he said as he turned off the engine and came down from the car and help her open the door and also help her out by lending his hand to her “wow ! The view is so pretty” she said as she got down from the car and walk around and Joshua made sure the car was properly locked before following behind her. Bella was still walking around when the place suddenly light up and she was stunned with the beautiful arrangement in front of her she couldn't see before cause of the darkness. With the lights on every where was looking so beautiful she couldn't take her eye of the arrangement and when she look ahead she saw a table design with red roses,wine glass,and red wine. She walked around the garden with a smile on her face “I hope you like it” Joshua said handing her a bunch of flowers, she turn around and her smile grew wider and she accepted it at the same time her nose went into action. The fragrance coming from the flowers were breath taking “Yes, I do” she said with a smile then continue “when did you put all this together” Bella asked out of curiosity knowing this would take hours to come to this “today” he said and went to the table to pour some wine into the wine glass and brought them with him, he gave Bella a glass “thank you” she said taking it from him “this place is really beautiful” she said and didn't get a reply Joshua stood next to her looking at her intensively “yes, it is indeed beautiful…. Absolutely” he said then smile “i really love this place” she said not paying much attention to him “I really love you” he said unconscious of what came out of his mouth and his gaze was fix on Bella. When she heard it she froze on the spot then turn to look at him to see if he regret what he said “Joshua, did you know…….“ He didn't let her finish her word “Yes Bella,I have feelings for you” he said and her brain went blank for the first time she didn't know what to say “Ever since the first day I saw you, I couldn't get my mind and heart to think about something else. You have been the only thing on my mind for years”. He said and move forward then continue “I tried so hard to get you of my mind. I ended up dating so many girls just to get you of my mind but whatever they do made me fall in loving with you more and I fell so deeply that I can't stand on my own two feet without you help” he turned to look at her “Bella I want you… I want you in my life … I want you to hold my hand and help me stand on my own two feet…. I want you to be beside me forever… I want you to stretch forth your hand to help me from the pit of love I have fallen into for you….“ He said and saw that cry has welled up in Bella's eyes. He walked to where she was standing and wipe the tears rowing down her face “every drop of tear you shed makes my heart ache” he said.
