Usually, I don’t care about things and I was taught to not waste my time on such things.
Father used to tell me that I should never let anything or anyone become my weakness as they will only hider my path and nothing else.
Even then I didn’t listen to him and to make me understand, he snatched those things from me which I cared about.
I can’t let him find that I have started to care about Amaris or else he will for sure harm her and too brutally.
I have lost too many things already, but this time I don’t want to lose Amaris.
I will protect her even if it means that I need to treat her coldly in front of my father.
If that’s the only way I can let her keep safe then I am willing to do it. I won’t let father find that I am interested in her or else he will do every
