Sophia and Jake turn up later on in the day to officially meet their new grandson and I feel so proud to be his dad and Emma's mate.
"We've asked the rest of the family to wait at the packhouse to meet him. We hope that's ok? We just thought that maybe you'd need some time to get your heads around this little guy's arrival."
"Thank you, we appreciate it, as much as we can't wait for everyone to meet him, it is nice to have some time to take all of this in." Emma answers Jake while I nod in complete agreement. This is alot to take in and while both my mate and I are beaming with our son and becoming parents, a lot has happened today and some time to gather our thoughts and for Emma to rest is just what we need.
The next day our son gets the all-clear, we've picked out a name
