"Baby, baby wake up!" I'm slowly being dragged from my sleep and I feel seriously tired and groggy. I groan not happy with being woken. Surely I haven't been sleeping that long? "Baby, I need you to wake up." I slowly open one eye to see Alex leaning over me, he looks as f****d as I feel but I can see a hint of excitement in his eyes. What's going on?
"What's wrong?" I sit up and rub my eyes trying to clear some of the sleep away but before I can say anything Alex speaks again.
"Savannah's in labour, Theo has asked if we can go up." As soon as he finishes talking I bounce out of bed, a giant bubble of excitement but I can't help it, Savannah is in labour and I'm f*****g excited! "Come on Al, let's go!" I eagerly pull on his arm while he laughs at my behaviour but I don't care
