*Jessica POV* "What?" I exclaimed. "Stop acting coy, I had fun last night, and I'm sure you enjoyed it too. We are grown adults. Stop acting like a kid." He said, rolling his eyes. "Grown adults, but you're acting like a teenager. Yes, I had fun last night but it wasn't because of what we did. It would never happen again. It was a mistake." I replied sharply "You're so boring. What happened to that wild girl from last night? Do you have her number? I would like to have it please." He joked. "With all due respect sir, what happened yesterday will never repeat itself. That's not the type of person I am." I countered. "What type of person are you then?" He smiled. "Sorry?" "What type of person are you? I want to know, I'm curious." He repeated "Like you said, I'm a boring person." I replied "No, I don't think so. I think you're just burying that wild side. She is inside you, waiting to be released." He said in a low sultry tone. "You don't know me." I scoffed, looking away from him. "I don't need to know you, I've known what I need to know already." "And that is?" I questioned "That you look so gorgeous when you come." He replied, and I flushed, my cheeks burned in embarrassment. I stared at my the window, hiding my red cheeks from him. He doesn't deserve to know the effect he has on me. "That you also love it when I talk dirty." He continued "That's enough." I cut in. "I want you, and I will have you again, Jessica." He declared. "And how the hell is that going to happen?" I scoffed. "It's pretty simple, actually. I will take you to dinner tonight, just for formality and because I want to know what you look like when you eat. Then I'll take you to my house and f**k your pretty brains out." He said carelessly. "Mr Drew." I exclaimed "This discussion is unprofessional." I said "Nothing about what we did last night is professional, cut the bullshit and have dinner with me Jessica." He said. "I'm sorry sir but I can't do that. Thank you for your offer." "I'll pay you then, how much do you want?" He asked and I gasped. "Mr Drew, if you think I'm one of those cheap sluts then think again. I don't need your money or anything." I raged. "This is interesting." He laughed. "Thank you, if that's all I would like to leave now" I stood up and walked away "Jessica." He called out and I turned to face him. "I don't ever lose." He smirked. "Me neither." I replied and walked out of his office. What the hell have I gotten myself into? Why won't he leave me alone. It was just one night. "Of mind blowing sex." My brain corrected "What are you thinking about so deeply?" Sarah asked, her voice brought me out of my reverie. "None of your business." I replied walking to my office. "Girl, don't try to hide anything from me. You know I'll find out." She said "It's nothing." "Are you going to take up the offer or not?" Sarah asked. "What offer?" I asked confused, thinking she heard my conversation with the boss. "I know you want to." She teased "You don't know anything, I hate him. He is horrible, proud and disgusting. I hate him and his offer, to hell with them." I yelled. "What are you talking about?" She asked surprised at my sudden outburst. "What are you talking about?" I countered. "I'm talking about Dj grimes." She replied "Oh. I thought you were talking about something else." I stuttered. "I'm not going to the club with you, Sarah. You know how I feel about clubs. Besides, I've sworn off clubs. They're bad luck." I added. "What is wrong? Is it George?" She asked "No, it's not George. I'm fine." I replied "Are you mad at me?" "No, I'm not....I need space okay?" "Sure, just be good." She said. "Thank you." "We still having lunch?" She asked "Yeah." I replied and walked into my office. I closed the door behind me and sighed. That was a close call, I thought she found out about me and my Boss. I continued editing the document I started working on in the morning and it took my mind off everything happening. "Yo, Jessica. Let's go" Sarah called out. I checked the time and realized it was lunchtime, I had no idea that I had spent that amount of time working. "Right behind you." I replied grabbing my phone and my purse. I caught up with her and we walked to the company's cafeteria. I took my usual cheese hamburger with a coke and Sarah had a salad. We walked to our favorite seats and digged in. "Spill." Sarah said "What?" "The thing with George." She replied "It's no biggie, I caught him in bed with Freya." I shrugged trying to act cool. "What? Isn't Freya like you best friend or something?" Sarah gasped "Ex best friend." I replied. "Oh, I'm so sorry about that. To hell with both of them." She said "To hell with who?" A voice asked and I recognized it instantly. "Mr Drews, is there anything you need or um... anything we could help you with?" Sarah stuttered. "No, enjoy your meal. I just want to connect with my employees, you know. Get to know them." He replied and sat down opposite me. I felt his eyes on me, but I didn't look up, I didn't want his brown eyes to notice the tears that formed in my eyes. "Oh, um, okay. Thank you for choosing us." Sarah said. I totally ignored them and sipped my coke. "Jessica Cole, right?" He asked, forcing me to look up. "Yes sir." I forced a smile. "From PR." He said. "That's correct sir." There was an uncomfortable silence, so I continued sipping my coke. "We have unfinished business, Jessica." He said, and I choked on my drink.
