Vaness’ POV
I got back to the beach house and called Emilio. “Do you want to come over?”
Ever since I talked to Aria I felt weird. Her approval meant a lot to me even though I hadn’t known her for very long.
Was Emilio really the kind of person she said he was? She did know him for longer
“I’d rather not,” Emilio answered.
“Is there a reason?” I asked disappointed.
“I want you to come here. I’ll give you the address to my hotel and my hotel room number.”
We had been talking on the phone for long hours since we’ve been apart. It was like how it was with Donald but better.
“I’m sure your hotel room is nice but we’d have a whole house to ourselves. Plus we could go for a swim or bury each other in the sand,” I fantasized.
Emilio laughed.
“Is that your mate?” I heard a female voice
