Chapter 23 IT WAS STILL EARLY afternoon, so Rex headed to d***s Cycle shop. Whenever he had a repair issue, he headed there, and sometimes, like today, he went to hang out. d***s was an old shop, started by Joe d***s' father forty years ago. The shop was in a run down old building that was once a dress store. Next to them was a costume shop that Rex had brought items to before. d***s was not a great place to look at, but their service and quality of their work were top-notch. Plus, they were the closest bike shop to downtown, where the bulk of Rex’s work was.
