Chapter 62 THE BISON CLUB WAS where Buffalo’s elite spent time away from the regular people. Set north of downtown, the swanky club was where the rich could mingle with their kind. It used to be where business deals over three martini lunches were the norm. These days people like Judge Tom Valentine sit in the luxurious leather chairs in the club library and smoke expensive Black Tie cigars. These $500 cigars are hand-rolled in 24-carat gold.
