Kathryn sighed as she successfully tucked him in before walking out of the room. She went to the balcony as she put her hand on her chest, memories of how scared she had felt when she had walked into the house and seen him on the floor, unconscious.
“Doctor!” She called as she saw the doctor walking into the house.
“Where’s the patient?” The doctor asked and she led her into the room. “Could you wait outside? I’ll need to check him first” the doctor said and she shook her head in approval.
“No problem “ she said as she stood outside the room, her hand on her chest.
Why was she feeling so worried about Daniel? Why did she feel her heart come out of her chest the very moment she had seen him lying on the floor in a pool of blood?
