“How is she doing now doctor? I hope she has gotten better?” Daniel asked as he walked to the doctor who’d just come out of the operating theatre.
The doctor stared at him, shook his head and made to leave when Daniel pulled him back. Normally, he’d have the doctor punished for daring to ignore him but with the way the doctor had looked at him, he could tell that the doctor had heard something about him. He knew that the doctor had walked out of the theatre while the operation was still ongoing but when the doctor was going back into the theatre, he wasn’t this way. Could the other doctors in the theatre have said something?
“Please let me go Mr Lopez, I have more work to do” the doctor told Daniel who grew even more suspicious.
