“What’s going on?” I asked, my eyes darting back and forth between everyone gathered in the living room. “Ugh!” Aunt Lois groaned, rolling her eyes in disgust, and a sneer curled on her lips as usual. “I can’t believe we’ll have to put up with your series of senseless questions.” I don’t know what her problem is with me; the first time I met her, I was convinced she and I would get along quite well. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth; it’s like that woman hates me for no reason. “You could’ve just kept quiet if you didn’t want to answer the question.” I shot back at her. “And you could’ve just stayed lost!
