Ch. 3

"She's my mate." Jace says before turning around and walking up to her. They all quietly enter the room. Jace walks over to her side and gently caresses her cheek. The sparks are so intense, he has never felt anything like this before She's so beautiful. I finally found her and now I may lose her. I can't lose her, I need her. I will hunt down whoever did this to my sweet mate and kill them. His thoughts are racing as he looks down at her. "Eli, please tell me she'll be alright?" Ella says. "She'll be alright sweetheart. We need to let her rest and she'll wake when she's healed. "What about her wolf?" Jace asks. Everyone looks up at him. "What do you mean Son? Do you not feel her wolf?" His father, Jay asks him while touching his shoulder. "Link can feel her, but he can't get to her, it's like she's trapped." "Like a block?" "No not blocked, he can feel her. Shes just very weak and far away." Doc Eli thinks for a minute. "Its possible with everything Analee has been through, her wolf retreated to keep her safe." They all stood in silence for a little while. Doc Eli finally speaks up, "I think it's time we let her rest." "I'm not leaving her!" Jace growls lowly. Hanna places her hand on his arm and he looks at her. He has unshed tears in his eyes. She nods, kisses his cheek and turns away. Jay and Hanna leave the room, soon followed by Milo. Ella and Eli begin to walk out when Doc Eli, turns back around. "I will be back in the morning to check on her. Mindlink me if anything changes." Jace nods and turns back to Analee. He scoots a chair over and holds her hand. "I'm not sure if you can hear me, my name is Jace Light. I am the Alpha of the Black Moon pack. I am 22 years old, brown hair and I have blue eyes. I am very tall and quite handsome if I may say." he chuckles softly. "Anyway, I have 2 siblings, both younger than me. My sister is 19, her name is Brielle and my brother is 16, his name is Ky. My sister found her mate already. He is the Alpha of one of our alliance packs. And my brother is one of my top warriors. He is still to young to have a mate, but there is a female warrior he spends alot of time with. I think she may be his mate." he sighs. I sound so stupid. I don't even know if she can hear me Just as he begins to pull his hand away, he feels her hand squeeze his. His eyes shoot up and he looks over at her. Shes still sleeping but her eyes twitch. He smiles, "I guess you can hear me. I will keep talking then. I know this sounds crazy but I can not believe I finally found you. I have been searching for 4 years for you. I was beginning to think that I would never find you. We were always told, if its meant to be, we would find out mates when the time was right. I know this doesn't make sense, I am your mate." he starts to tear up, "I am so sorry I wasn't there to protect you before but I promise if you come back to me, I will protect you and keep you safe for the rest of your life." "Please come back to me. I need you. I want to know all about you. I want to see your eyes, hear your laugh, be the reason you smile. Please stay with me please Analee."
