VALENTINE I had plenty more to say but I couldn't bring myself to continue exchanging words with those beast of men. It was hard enough that I had to steel myself whilst I was in the room just so I would not be perceived as weak. The air whipped past me as I stormed out of the lounge and headed for the pack training grounds. Each step was work. My line of sight was blurry and my body felt heavy. The voices of those entitled elders still resonated in my ears, their attempts to strip away my legacy ringing hollow. I needed the release.
