Sebastian's Pov As I was driving home, my thoughts kept going back to my earlier conversation with Scarlett. I couldn’t shake off how she sounded after she spoke so casually about the slap and bloody lip. It was just like her to downplay whatever had happened between her and her father and try to act like it didn’t bother her, but I knew better.
