The moment she came into that room and interrupted the meeting my heart started to do crazy things in my chest. It was instant. It was her. I couldn’t stop myself even if I tried. She ran out of that room so distraught and when I saw her underneath that tree looking torn up I had to go over to make sure she was okay. I needed to at least hear what she sounded like.
I would probably end up being a dead man but I had to. This was the king’s wife. But with her I had no choice.
