Kelsey watched the person in front of him in silence.
Hazel, seeing his reaction, suddenly said angrily, "You don't believe me? Do you honestly think I would do something this low just to get you to divorce her? If so, then don't come looking for me again. It will save me from the gossip!"
With that, she turned to leave.
Kelsey quickly stepped forward and stopped her.
"I'm sorry, Hazel. Too much happened today. My mind is a mess." Kelsey apologized.
Hazel's eyes flickered. "Kelsey, I want you to understand that I'm not the kind of woman who uses tricks to set people up. If I wanted you to get a divorce, I would tell you directly. I wouldn't resort to these petty games!"
