“No,” replied Starlight. “There are very powerful and deeply entrenched forces at play here. Whatever we are seeing is just parts of whatever is going on. There is no way to be sure which parts are connected directly and which parts are not connected at all. There are too many points that cross over each other. The only thing that is plain is that somebodies have been working for a very long time, thousands of years, and I have no idea what their goal is. They have no problem working with processes and plans that are threats to the entire inhabited systems. My guess is that what started as a single plan over time has broken and reform
