But once again - yet another night - as he approached Thomas in his eternal slumbers, he sensed he was being watched. As he proceeded with his now well-practiced 'bedding-down' routine, he kept a look out - and there it was again - a dark shimmer, a fleeting glimpse of a figure that silently slipped at once from sight. And no , he did not believe in ghosts. The following nights, he definitely knew that he was not alone.
