I can't forget what happened on Wednesday night. Who could forget that? Anyway, we're already in Batangas. Yes, you're right! Niel took us to his villa. It's beautiful here. You can see the beach from their house, and the breeze is refreshing, so relaxing. The surprising part is that his sibling/twin is with us. It's making me self-conscious because they've been staring at me since earlier. Do I have something on my face? I touched my face and caught a quick glimpse of a smile forming on their lips. Huh? They're getting more handsome, HAHAHAHAHA.

"Wow! It's really beautiful here. Is this Niel's place? You guys are so rich!" exclaimed Ella energetically. Indeed, how wealthy are Niel and his family? Ella's family is well-off too, but they can't afford to buy a resort or villa at the moment. As for my grandparents, they probably can, but I don't care about that. What I want to know is the name of Niel's twin. Why?

Flashback -

We were loading our things into the van when Niel's sibling arrived.

"Maya, his twin is with us. Lucky!" Ella whispered.

I didn't pay attention to it and just finished putting our stuff inside. After I finished, I got in the van, but Niel's twin was sitting by the window, and I wanted to sit there because I feel nauseous if I'm not next to the window. I had no choice but to tell them, but I didn't know their names. How should I address them? I felt embarrassed because of what happened last Wednesday.

"Um, may I sit by the window, N-Niel, I mean Niel's twin? I feel nauseous if I'm not sitting there," I hesitantly said. They didn't hesitate and moved away from the window. They're actually kind and easy to negotiate with.

"Thank you!" I said happily, and they just nodded. I got into the van, feeling like they were still watching me.

It's difficult to talk to them when you don't know their names. It's not like I want to talk to them, but it's unavoidable because we're together.

"By the way, Yuu and Ella, this is my twin, Miel Aeron Roguefort. He is 2 minutes older than me," Niel introduced his twin to us. Nice name! Their names sound similar.

"Hi, I'm Elasie Rein Cruz, you can call me Ella," Ella cheerfully introduced herself. She's being her lively self again.

"Maria Yurina Diaz," I introduced myself. They just stared at me directly, as if they were reading my mind. Maybe they'll reach my heart directly, but it's empty! You might get trapped there, just kidding! "I think you already met me before at the coffee shop where I work," I added.

"You work, Yuu?" Niel asked.

"Yes, they were my customers," I said, pointing to his sibling. They remained unfazed, just continued to stare at me directly. Do we have a problem?

"She's the girl that I was talking to you about, the one who almost fell to the ground because of stupidity," Niel explained to his twin, coldly.

Huh? Stupidity? What the!

"You don't have any right to say that I am stupid," I said emotionlessly.

"Why not?" they asked. Is he stupid?

"Never mind," I lazily replied. I don't feel like explaining, and I don't want to argue.

"Huh?" they asked in surprise. Whatever, I don't want to waste my saliva.

"Hey! You two, stop it already," Niel intervened.

I just walked out and headed to the beach. I was wearing a swimsuit with shorts, but my upper part was slightly exposed. I do wear this, but Ella always exaggerates and calls me an old lady.

Beach -

It's really beautiful here. If there's a place like this near Manila, I would always be there. The only thing close to it in Manila is Manila Bay, but when you approach it, you immediately want to move away because of the smell. There are also various villas here; it seems that only wealthy people live here. You can also see Pico de Loro Island, owned by Henry Sy. The sand is fine and white. The water is so blue that you can almost see what's underneath. There are only a few people here since it's not the vacation season.

"I wish I could live in a place like this with my family," I said happily. I approached the sea and let my feet get wet. I hope it's always like this.

"You're having fun," a voice said from behind me. Even without looking, I already know who it is.

"Yeah, it's rare," I said happily to them without facing them. I continued playing in the water, but I almost stumbled. Luckily they caught me.

"Stupid as ever," they said, which made me face them.

"You're doing it for the second time!" I said, annoyed. They just stared at me, which annoyed me even more.

"Don't look at me like that," I said and started walking away. But before I could go far, they held my hand and gently pushed me, causing me to fall and get completely wet.

"HAHAHAHHA," they laughed, surprising me. Oh? They're really handsome! They continued laughing, so I thought of getting back at them. I splashed water at them, and they stopped laughing and started splashing back at me. We looked like children who had just gone to the beach, all wet and dripping.

We spent the afternoon playing and eventually sat on the sand. It's fun to be with them, very happy. I hope I can see more of their expressions.

"Maria," they called me while looking at the slowly setting sun.

"Why?" I replied and looked at them. They look even more handsome up close.

"Maria," they repeated.

"Wh--" I couldn't continue what I was about to say because they suddenly kissed me on the lips. It's not my first kiss because, when I was 11, I accidentally kissed a boy when I slipped. The kiss lasted for about 5 seconds before they pulled away.

"Why did you do that?" I asked, confused about how I should react. I was kissed by someone whose name I just found out today, and we weren't even getting along earlier. My brain couldn't function properly at the moment.

"I just want to. I'm happy; I've seen a lot of your expressions today," they replied with a smile.

"You just want to? What's your deal?" I asked again. I felt a mix of irritation and joy from their answer.

"Yeah. But you didn't push me away, so it's even more fun. Why?" they asked.

"I don't know either. Maybe I was shocked, so I couldn't react immediately," I said, and looked back at the sea. But the truth is, I don't know why I didn't push them away. I was even somewhat delighted. Maybe because it was new to me, and I wasn't hurt. Is it too complicated? I'm also confused.

I was surprised when they suddenly kissed me again. This is already the second time! They brought their lips close to my ear and whispered.

"Ore no mono ni nare." Then they left, leaving me stunned.
