The sun rays violated my eyes as it shone through the gap between the blinds and windowsill. Perfect concentrated amount of light that aroused me to awaken. I groaned from a slight soreness below my stomach, and I remembered everything abruptly. I shot up into a sitting position, and I heard rustling beside me.
"Good morning," a groggy voice said.
I glanced over to see Damon stretching. He was shirtless. Naked perhaps. I looked down and realized I was naked as well as my bare chest was exposed for the whole world to see.
I felt a warm hand around my arm that was used to pull up the blankets around me to cover myself up. Damon pulled me down beside me as he nuzzled his head into my shoulders.
