Tears stung her eyes as her world unraveled, her parents being dragged from their home by ruthless strangers. "No!" she screamed, struggling against the iron grip of the intruder. "Liam Morano did this! He is responsible!" But her words fell on deaf ears. Helpless, she watched as her parents were escorted to a waiting car, their heads hanging low in defeat In a state of raw desperation, Elsie managed to free herself from the man's grasp and dashed after her parents. "Mom, Dad, I'll fix this!" she cried out, her voice cracking with emotion. Her father turned to face her, his eyes betraying with disappointment “ You are to blame for this I have always known I have a worthless child” Elsie shook her head, with tears in her eyes"No. I won't let him win. Elsie stood her ground, her jaw set with resolve. “I’m going to make Liam Morano pay for what he’s done to our family,” she declared, her eyes blazing with fiery determination. Her father, taken aback by her fierce resistance, took her hands in his. “You better get everything back ,you worthless child or else I will disown you .” Elsie felt a wage of pain in her. She always knew her parents were never proud of her and she always tried her best to leave up to their expectations “I’m sorry mom and dad, I let you guys down I’m going to make Liam Morano pay for what he’s done to our family,” After watching her parents drive away, Elsie made her way to Liam's condo, determined to confront him and demand answers. As she marched up to his door, she felt a mixture of anger and fear coursing through her veins. When he opened the door, Elsie confronted him, her voice shaking with emotion. "Liam Morano, you have taken everything from my family. I will not stand for it any longer. You will pay for what you've done! Liam's face remained expressionless, his eyes narrowed as he regarded Elsie with a cold, calculating gaze. "Ah, Miss Richmond," he said, his voice oozing with false politeness. "What can I do for you?" Elsie's fists clenched at her sides, her anger boiling just beneath the surface. "You know exactly what you've done. You've ruined my family and now you're trying to ruin our business. I won't let you get away with it." Liam smirked, leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed. "Miss Richmond, you seem to have a rather distorted view of the situation," Liam replied, his tone laced with condescension. "I'm simply a businessman, making smart investments. You were foolish enough to let your pride get in the way of his company's success. If anyone is to blame, it's you." Elsie's jaw tightened, her nostrils flaring in rage. "You snake!" she hissed, stepping closer to Liam, her voice a low, dangerous growl. "You took advantage of my trust. How can you live with yourself?" "You should be grateful that you're still alive," Liam sneered, his eyes glittering with malice. "It's a miracle that you're standing here talking to me, given that you and your parents are now homeless." Elsie glared at him, her hands balled into tight fists at her sides. "I already have a place for them to stay," she said, her voice barely concealing the venom in her words. Liam laughed, a dark chuckle that echoed through the hallway. "You should call them” Elsie frantically called her parents, her voice shaking with fear. Her worst fears were confirmed when they told her that not only had their house been taken away, but all their cars and belongings as well, leaving them destitute on the streets. The news struck Elsie like a punch to the gut, her knees buckling beneath her. "No," she gasped, her hand gripping her phone so tightly her knuckles turned white. "How is this possible?" "Liam Morano," her father's voice came through the phone, cold and flat with resignation. "He's taken everything, Elsie.
