The anger was now not controlled by Arthur anymore, ignoring the two newly found presence in the room, he shouted:
"You were never compelled, she betrayed me. You betrayed me, I thought you were with us. But how can I think that, when she herself was against me. Sending the child away, when her parents were alive. Who do that!" he pointed the gun at the roof and fired, Amelia whimpered as Xavier shot towards her and engulfed her in his big yet comforting arms.
She buried her face in his chest and cried, finally drawing Arthur's attention towards her. Everything was mess, Amelia was confused, who he was talking, what was all that about, she didn't even had clues to it.
"Oh! Here comes a very caring and p***y of a husband. Why don't you hide behind her boy?"
