Lucas’ POV I stared out of the window into the night-time streets. The trees moved with the wind, dark clouds began to cover the white moon that I found myself looking to every night. Not so I could curse at the Moon Goddess for mating with someone who doesn’t want me, and not because the scene at night was a sight that captivated me. I looked at the moon every night as soon as it rose and once before bed because I’m waiting for the day when it changes from a brilliant white to a blood red.
