Elouise’s POV Outside it was a pleasant day for once despite the winter months coming through. The last leaves had fallen, no longer orange and yellow but a smooth brown riddled with holes for the setting sun to peak through. Downstairs I could imagine similar holes appearing in my curtains and pillows.
