Pirithous has had a long history of being the top-notch enemy of the heavenly beings. Gavin is no exception. The handsome angel made very few enemies in his life but Pirithous definitely made a grand entry in his most favorite enemies list when Gavin became the head of the Council.
Even though Gavin considered Pirithous dangerous, yet he had no intention to save Matty. He agreed to come to Pirithous’s den, not out of Gabriel’s dread, but on request of Samara. Standing outside the filthy place, Gavin reconsiders his decision. He opens his mouth to ditch the trio-Gabriel, Samara, and Luther but, one look at Samara’s worried face, he shuts his mouth again. He remembers how Samara’s face turned pale on listening about Matty.
