“When is he going to be here?” Jordan asked as he brushed his hair in front of the mirror.
I checked the clock and threw myself lazily on the bed. “Any moment now,” I said.
Jordan was getting ready for his date with Clara, and I was annoying him because I was feeling bored.
“Did you tell Clara? You know about your thing…” I mumbled, staring at him as he got ready.
“I’m planning on telling her, but not now. I don’t want to scare her off,” he said, glancing at me through the mirror.
The same excuse for the past weeks.
