Chapter 1:  Alpha Tristan Rodriguez

Alpha Tristan Rodriguez took over of silver moon pack after his father when he was only 20 years old. Due to unforeseen circumstances and death of his father- Alpha Alexander Rodriguez, Tristan had to take up the alpha position of the pack at a very young age. The sudden death of the alpha of pack still remains a mystery to the pack members; though there were many rumours around his death None of them dare to speak a word against the Rodriguez family.

Currently, the most important things in Alpha Tristan Rodriguez life was his pack, his family which was his mother Tressa Rodriguez and his daughter Lilly Rodriguez who was 3 years old.

 He had only one thing on his mind was to be the most powerful alpha leading the largest wolf pack and he continuously worked for it day and night.

 that is to make his pack the largest and greatest pack ever known in history. He was known for his shrewdness, cruelty, devious attitude and ill temper. He would never take no for an answer, any one as in ANYONE who refused alpha Tristan did not stay alive for long. He has taken over many packs some with his diplomatic deals and many by waging wars.

“The elders have called for the meeting.” announced David who is beta of the pack and also the best friend of Tristan for past 25years. He was one among the very few people Tristan trusted his life with.

Not again- what is it this time.

“Again with the same old topic- You know it’s a lot easier and rewarding to the pack if you just agree with them.” Beta David had been saying this for a past year now. He knew it was impossible to convince elders or postpone this topic for any longer

Releasing a low growl “Don’t tell me what to do”- I know what is best for my pack I said to him making an eye contact. David immediately lowered his eyes only to say “Yes alpha”

“Let me handle this meeting” said my wolf Xavier. You know that is not going to happen- you will only ruin it more.

 “You know I am not going to settle for anything less than my mate”

Stop making such a big deal about it. We have waited and survived for 12years now WITHOUT A MATE.

The meeting starts in another hour, we better start moving to reach there on time.

### The meeting with the Elders ###

Elders were the older werewolf who were believed to be immortals. The council of Elders consists of 12 elders who are overlooking the werewolf packs.

Alpha Tristan knew that he shouldn’t mess with the elders as they had ancient knowledge and kind of superpowers (which no one knows what they are) they also have their own very powerful army; For one thing, was very sure that the Elders always thought about the protection and welfare of the werewolves and their orders cannot be ignored by any pack.

All the Twelve Elders were sitting at their places at the council table when Tristan entered the meeting hall. The eldest among all was Elder Ernouf who addressed Tristan “Welcome Alpha Rodriguez, I am sure you are aware of the agenda of today's meeting”

“I am aware, Elder Ernouf; but I haven’t yet found my mate. I am afraid I may need more time”.

“Your pack needs a Luna, Alpha Rodriguez. Its high time you address this issue” said Elder Rollin who was sitting next to Elder Ernouf

Pardon me, Elder Rollin, I am only asking for more time to find my mate.

Elder Rollin stood up from his seat started walking towards Tristan and said “You have been given more than necessary time to find a mate, now we want you to nominate a Luna for your pack to maintain the balance”

But all the Luna responsibilities are being taken care of by Krystal Connell; nothing is being ignored. I take personal care…

Elder Rollin walked close looking eye to eye with Tristan said” If you continue like this you will have to give up your pack. The council will take care of it and appoint an eligible alpha to take care of it”.

Xavier screaming in my said “Ask him to shut up before I shut him down” He cannot talk about our pack such way. Anger building inside him.

Well, you think too highly of yourself thinking of taking him down in the council hall. For once if you shut up, I can talk to him” if I let Xavier take control it's only going to get much worse. My mind racing to find negotiable terms with the Elders.

Elder Ernouf’s voice raises as he says let us make it easy for you Alpha Rodriguez we will give you time till the next full moon you will have to pick one of the options

-          Find your mate and marry her on the full moon day

Or

-          Agree to the alliance of Alpha Radolf’s daughter Victoria Radolf and marry her on the full moon day

Or

-          Marry Krystal Connel and announce her as Luna of the pack

Or

-          Suggest an Alpha who would take over your pack on the full moon day

I announce this meeting over. We will again meet you on the full moon day

 Elders started getting up and walking away even before I could process what were my options.
