Chapter 3: Mia Wright

Mia Wright is a young shy girl who is currently living with her aunt and uncle, Sophie and Jack Clayton, who are Beta of the River bed pack. They had a son Tyler Clayton who was the same age as Mia. Mia’s aunt who is her father’s sister insisted on Mia moving in with them when she lost her parents. Mia was only 15 years old then.

Mia Wrights parents were John Wright and Emily Wright were Alpha and Luna of the Northern pack known as Firestone pack. It was a very small and isolated pack. It was very close to the beauty of nature with many mythological stories associated with the place. Mia’s parents were killed in a rogue attack; her father died in the battlefield with most of the werewolf warriors were as Mia’s mother Sophie lost her life when trying to save Mia from the attacker.

Since her parent’s death and her aunt and uncle adopted her something in her flipped, she was not the young and playful child she was before. Living with her new family only made her miss her own even more. Not that her uncle and aunt abused her or ill-treated her but she always knew she did not belong there. The only part she likes staying with them is Tyler Clayton who is her cousin, though he is only a few months elder than Mia he treats her as his baby sister. Tyler was immense support to Mia, especially when she needed it the most and she only hopes that she could be the same support for him one day.

Mia was hoping to find her mate and have a little family of her own far away from all the chaos, just like her parents did. She saw how much her parents loved each other and was hoping to have a similar mate bond with her mate.

Mia’s dreams seemed possible when she met Richard Klondike, who was the son of Alpha of the River Bed pack- Alpha Blake Klondike. Mia and Richard were in a relationship for the past 6 months, they were hoping to be each other’s mate. Richard had a love at first sight since the first time he met Mia. Since then he was only wishing that Mia be his mate. Mia always appreciated and looked up to Richard for the perfect gentleman he was.

Tyler had found his mate Victoria who was alphas daughter, neither of them said about this to their parents as Victoria new her dad would never accept Tyler, who did not have alpha blood in him. Victoria wanted to share the rest of her life with her mate Tyler, she was only waiting for the right time to inform her parents.

Mia had a small friend circle whose company she always cherished they were Richard, Tyler and Tyler’s mate Victoria Radolf. Spending time with them was like therapy for her to forget all the loss and pain in her life. She loved them as much as she loved her own family.

Richard Tyler and Victoria were planning for Mia’s 18th Birthday party which is within a fortnight. they had it all planned as they wanted to make it the most memorable day of her life. Mia’s only wish for her Birthday was to visit the Firestone pack with her friends and cherish the childhood memories she had there with her parents.

  Tristan

I call Alpha Radolf to set up a meeting with him and his daughter. I somehow have to make this deal beneficial for my pack without causing any damage at my home.

As the meeting was scheduled in his pack in the noon and I had to travel for a couple of hours before reaching there, I am glad it gives me more time to think. Tristan was positive about convincing Alpha Radolf about this alliance and add another win-win business deals to the alliance including extending pack borders. all he was concerned was about his daughter would she agree to the terms and conditions of this relationship

When Tristan arrived at the pack borders, Alpha Radolf was already there to greet him and invite him to the pack- It seemed to Tristan that he was already pleased of the alliance.

The meeting with Alpha Radolf went very smoothly as they discussed all the matters related to the pack when Tristan asked about Victoria and if she had a mate, Alpha Radolf said that she has not found her mate, and is willing for this alliance.

Tristan had to listen to these words from Victoria Radolf’s mouth, he had to get her to sign the pre-nuptial agreement after discussing the terms and conditions with her and if she did not agree to the terms and conditions of his Wolf then it doesn’t seem like it’s going to last.  

“I want to meet her in private” announced Tristan

She is at a friend’s place, please give us some time to call her back said Alpha Radolf

“Oh then let me find her at her friend’s place, I will get to meet her friends and then talk to her in private later.” Tristan stood up and started walking. He wanted to meet Victoria away from Alpha Radolf as he did not want him to know about the pre-nuptial agreement.

In some time Alpha Tristan was standing outside a door, which was supposed to be Victoria’s friends place ringing the doorbell again and again, losing his patience

Once the door opened a scent hit him and he was standing in awe looking at the person in front of him as if he is struck by a lightning.

After a very long period of silence, the only words that escape his mouth are MATE.
