Chapter 14: The Wedding Night

As Tristan started kissing me, it felt like heaven; Aria was craving for his attention and touch since the moment she laid eyes on him. As he kissed me on the mark on the neck, it felt as if an electric jolt ran throughout my body. I wanted this, I want him. His masculine scent was adding into my arousal.

As I try to hug him even tighter wrapping my arms around his neck, I open my eyes to see Richard standing at the door.

 A wave of guilt runs through me as his eyes meet mine, as I call out his name in a reflex, as he walks away from the room.

Suddenly, I am facing a very angry Alpha Tristan, it took me a moment to understand my mistake.

As he started punching the wall looking into my eyes, the look on his face told me that he wanted to kill me right here.

With each punch his hand was bleeding even more; it broke my heart to see him in such anger and pain and reason for it being me

Out of no were David came into the room pulling away Tristan from me.

I immediately fell to the floor crying a still unable to understand my own complex feelings

Few of the guests started inquiring what happened looking into the room.

David closed the door behind him. He walked closer towards me asking “Are you alright Mia? Your hands are still bleeding.”

He helped me get up and sit on the nearby chair.

“Don’t touch my mate” came the voice roaring across the room. “Call Suzan, to change her bandages.”

David stood up “Yes, Alpha, Your hands are bleeding too, let me…” even before David finishes his sentence Tristan leaves the room.

After Suzan finishes dressing my hands, I freshen up and leave the room to find Tristan.

 It was already post-lunch almost all the guests had already left, only a few family members were left

Looking for Tristan, I accidentally bump into Trevor Rodriguez, Tristan's uncle. His eyes slowly tracing the borders of my gown, he says“looks like there is trouble in the paradise ” He moves closer, “you know you have got me if you have some unfulfilled wishes” laying his hands on my shoulders “we are now a family.”

Not knowing how to stop his advances towards me I say “Please excuse me, I have to find Alpha.” I try to move away. He grabs my wrist even tightly.

“Tristan is with Krystal, she knows how to take care of him” if you know what I mean, he adds with a smirk.

Anger starts rising in me before I could react Suzan and Tressa along with Lilly walk in; Tressa suspiciously eyes Trevor and asks “what’s happening here?”

Trevor instantly replies, “I am welcoming Mia to the family, such a lovely girl she is”.

“Mia, let us return back to the house.” Tressa announces as I nod my head in agreement she says “let's find Tristan before that”

As I walk into the room, I find Tristan and Krystal together, Krystal was in Tristan’s arms I could not believe my own eyes.

Aria was more than furious by looking at the sight in front of her; she immediately wanted to jump on Krystal and rip her apart.

Aria says “why not? You know we can take her down easily”

“It's not about her, it's about him, he is holding onto her,” I say; which makes Aria go quite.

Tristan behaves as if I don’t even exist there; he addresses his mother and all of them together agree to leave to the packhouse. Tristan and Krystal take his car and leave ahead of all of us.

Aria is shocked by the behaviour of Tristan. “Our mate doesn’t want us?” she asks depressed.

As we reach our home, In the evening Tressa announces Tristan and other family members to assemble in the hall.

It was a small gathering to welcome the new bride to the home and the groom had to carry his bride to the bed from there.

Tressa says “Lilly will sleep with me tonight.” In the next floor. You both will not be disturbed tonight she says with a smile.

Tristan thanks all of them for attending our wedding and carries me in his arms in bridal style; as David and Suzan walk out of bedroom, Suzan giggling out looking at us.

Being this close in his arms, I could hear his heartbeat. Still confused, why was he holding Krystal in his arms. If he wanted Krystal, he could have married her. Why did he marry me?

As all of them leave, Tristan takes me to his bedroom; It is the first time I am in his room, the room is beautifully decorated and it had many toys of Little Lilly also.

Tristan places me on his bed, that is when I notice that his hands are already healed since the morning incident.

He comes even closer, places a gentle kiss on my neck; his breath on my ears drives tingling sensation throughout my body.

His hands moving all over my body pulling me even closer to him. He holds me in such a tight hug that even breathing become difficult.

As I try push him away, I wanted to talk to him first. Ask him about why he was holding Krystal earlier. Why did he marry me, if he doesn’t like me around?

I push him away even harder this time. I see the colour of his eyes changing, I understand that I have offended the Alpha. “What?” he growls looking at me.

“I don’t want to do it, yet” I reply slowly scared of how he will react

My reply makes him angrier. He grabs me by hair pulling me back on the bed “You can't deny me, what is mine. You are bound to serve me in bed as my wife”

He forcefully starts undressing me, ripping my gown apart. He starts roughly kissing and biting me over my neck moving downwards towards my now exposed breasts. As I try to cover myself he grabs my neck and says “If you stop me now, it will have worse consequences” forcing himself onto me. I was in tears, I could not believe my own mate was r****g me.

I closed my eyes hard, unable to bear the pain of being a virgin and taken so roughly for the first time. It seems to go on forever and ever.

Tristan calls out my name “Mia, Look at me, I want you to remember every single detail of this. Call out my name now”. Say it... Say it… Damn it.  

I can’t believe, a few hours ago I wanted him to touch me, kiss me and now all I want is to die right now.

With his every movement of his, I call out his name in pain, Tristan, Tristan,…. Before darkness takes over me and I lose my consciousness.

I had not realised, I had fallen asleep until I heard Lilly knocking on the door and crying continuously. I looked at the time, It was past midnight.

Lilly must have had a nightmare, and she came all the way looking for me.

As I try to wake up; I find Mia in my arms looking very pale and having shallow breaths; that is when the series of the event get back of my mind.

“s**t”. As I get off the bed, I see blood all over the bedsheets. “what have I done?”
