Chapter 2: Conflicting Alternatives

Its been two days since the meeting and its only 12 days for the Full Moon day all I can think about is the pros and cons about these OPTIONS and the continuous rattling of Xavier is not making it any easier.
The OPTIONS
- Find your mate and marry her on the full moon day
Or
- Agree to the alliance of Alpha Radolf’s daughter Victoria Radolf and marry her on the full moon day
Or
- Marry Krystal Connel and announce her as Luna of the pack
Or
- Suggest an Alpha who would take over your pack on the full moon day
I announce this meeting over. We will again meet you on the full moon day
Thinking again and again about these options I only concluded that only if I had someone to talk to about this it would have been so much better.
Suddenly Xavier reappeared in my head “That’s exactly why we need a mate”
Oh, don’t just start over again. You have lost all rational thinking. We have not found a mate in last 12 years do you think we will find her in the next 12 days.
“Yes of course, if that is what the Moon Goddess wishes”
It's getting impossible to talk to you. So, if you get out of your daydreaming about your mate then let's discuss the solution to the problem we have
Option 4:
- Suggest an Alpha who would take over your pack on the full moon day
That’s never going to happen. I will never let anyone take over my pack, at least not when I am alive. Those words out of the Elder’s mouth made me think about waging a war against the council. I am not giving up without a fight. If it’s a war they want, then so be it. (But listening to the stories about the real strength of the council s army and the superpowers the Elders possess; I don’t want my pack destroyed like a fly). Xavier added “Waging a war against council without knowing all its strengths and weakness may end up as stupidity” I couldn’t agree more with him, but then again if a war can be called off over an alliance then why waste the lives of so many werewolves.
Option 3:
- Marry Krystal Connel and announce her as Luna of the pack
Krystal Connel has been working with my pack for the past 12 years, her father was one of the trusted members of Alpha Alexander Rodriguez. Krystal Connel was in love with alpha Tristan for since her childhood days; taking up the Luna responsibilities she assumed that she holds the place of Luna in Tristan heart and the pack. But Xavier hated her so does the little Lilly Rodriguez.
When Tristan concluded, “Marrying her can solve the problem, can’t it be as simple as that”.
Xavier snapped “Another thought about giving her my mate's place and I will kill her personally”
Option 2:
- Agree to the alliance of Alpha Radolf’s daughter Victoria Radolf and marry her on the full moon day
This can act a beneficial deal to the pack in extending the pack borders, as she is the only daughter and Alpha Radolf’s health issues; I can make a deal with the Alpha
“well, with the deal you are forgetting that you will get a wife with whom you will be stuck for the rest of your life”
And, What about little Lilly, if she doesn’t accept her??
Well. It can be a part of the deal. And we haven’t even met her, so stop making assumptions even before you meet her
So I will call Alpha Rudolf and tell yes to this alliance.
“No, you will call Alpha Radolf and only tell yes to meet his daughter. We have to make our terms and conditions clear with her before we proceed with the alliance”

Wait we have not accounted for option 1
Option 1
- Find your mate and marry her on the full moon day
We have had this discussion earlier also Xavier, we are not getting a mate. Even if we find her I am never getting her to my home. At least not after what happened with Dad.
“This discussion will not end this way Tristan, Not Today” If we find our mate in the next 12 days you have to accept her as our mate and marry her on the full moon day.
Fine. then I will have terms and conditions for her too.
