The majority of the night is spent in anticipation of the duo, who only manage to arrive an hour before dawn, for which Harry blames Tom’s obduracy. Though the duo’s aware of the ramifications which might now ensue from the delay, they still promise us a safe passage out of the dungeons.
Considering how all the guards would be replaced within an hour, I struggle to put my faith in their scheme, “Everyone would be wide awake and vigilant of their surroundings. I think it would be better if we would postpone it to the next day.”
Harry’s of the same opinion but he’s not supported by his pal, who is secure in his belief that an hour will be plenty for reaching the outskirts of Hamilton, where we are to be attended by a coachman who’ll be responsible for taking us to Leaden
