HIDING THE TRUTH

As the weeks passed, the boys were acting weirder than usual. I’d say they were on drugs if I didn’t know any better. Although, I don’t think they do drugs.
I thought about whether our college homecoming would be an epic failure like my senior year with homecoming. While I worried about that, the boys were busy dealing with other matters.

“Let me get this straight. You guys know, but Maggie doesn’t,” Jasper said.
“Yep,” I said.
“Great.” Jasper sat on Marco’s bed.
“Hey, you can’t blame us. The wonder twins figured it out before we did,” Nixon said.
“How’s that possible?” Paul asked.
“It’s Nathan and Noah. They’re smart little shits.”
“So, what now?” Jasper asked.
“We have to hide the truth from Maggie until I’m ready to tell her,”
