Lu quickly enveloped her arms around the man. Emerson stood there in shock not knowing what to do or say. He wants to rip his mate out of the mans of this mans arms.

"Lu how are you? I have missed you a lot and have been waiting to see you for such a long time."

The hell is going on here.

Emerson felt his fist start to clench. His heart began to ache. He wanted his mate by his side but not in the arms of this other man, He couldn't believe his eyes and what was going on infront of him,

She then pulled away and said to him, "Harry I have been good. Hows Jake and you?"

Jake? Whos jake?

"Hes good we're thinking of adopting soon." he said smiling to her "And maybe making you the god mother?"

God mother? Whats going on? Confusion ran through me. Not knowing what they were talking about. But still getting agitated a little bit that I was not introduced yet.

"Oh yeah Harry this is my mate Emerson, You remember him don't you?"

But I don't know him?

"Helloooo Emerson. I am Harry and I am the vampire Alpha Aden has said that stepped forward. Jake s my mate by the way and we want to adopt since were both men and unable to have children." he said as if he could read my mind.

"I actually can read your mind.. Its a part of my ability as a vampire that is one of the gifted. There a a small section of vampires that are gifted like Astor, who declare war. He wants the power of the white wolf. For us vampires, white wolves are the ones that have more powers then just the gifted. The gifted only has one special ability. Come inside both of you I have more to discus on the matter." He said as we walked inside Alpha Aden's house.

Lu was feeling happy to see her good friend Harry again from the times they would train together but at the same time and we had gotten closer due to that. At the same time she could feel the anger that was building inside because of him being confused about Harry. We entered inside Alpha Aden's office and those sitting there were Alpha Aden, his mate, Alpha Jason ruling the territory from east territory, and Alpha Seth ruling a majority of the south territory that borders the territory and they share with the vampires. We all sat down a round table.

Alpha Aden began to spoke, "We are gathered today to discuss the matter on the war the vampires had declared on our kind. As of right now Lu and the 18th birthday she was a late bloomer. It is probably due to her being a werewolf-witch hybrid but she had turned into a white wolf. And Astor, the vampire rogue leader, wants her wolf and her power to bring down our world. She is going to stay in my pack and continue her training and train harder as well for what is to come. We had heard from Harry, a gifted, that he is planning to use her powers in order to bring down our world. And by at the same time trying to convert her to come to their side and be used as a weapon would make her wolf and her spirit dark and wicked. A uncontrollable power of evil that we haven't seen before and can't be stopped. And by making her spirit evil she would lose her part of humanity and she would be under their control. By any circumstances we can't let this happen or else the world as we know it is gone and our kind is doomed to the inevitable. I am need of heavy security in our own pack for the safety of Lu. Lu is staying her along with her mate, Emerson. Emerson is a warlock from her pack who has great magical abilities and will be able protect Lu as well. In order to take out Astor we need to double check that there are no traitors and to background check our pack members one more time. And to also increase training skills. We need heightened sense of defense and offense. This is not time for error. Any thing we do now can affect our way of life and we can't control everything entirely but we can control what we do to change the course of this coming war." He had finished his speech. I can see the Alphas agreeing with Alpha Aden and ready to follow what he said with planning and preparations to come. I, myself, is having some hard time trying to process how fast everything is going. Everything is going at such a fast pace that I think now it is hitting me entirely.

It shouldn't affect me this way is what my brain is telling me but my heart is clenching in its confine of my rib cage. I was ready to fight but i felt so vulnerable to the mood goddess and what she put in place for my future. I couldn't hear what anyone was saying anymore but I saw their mouths moving and that was enough for me to know they all understood that they were all in for planning this war. s**t is getting serious. But something that took me off guard was the fact that Alpha Aden knew so much of what was going on, more then what I knew or even my parents understanding. Alpha Aden dismissed everyone else except Emerson and I. I knew it was my chance to ask him instead of my imagination and curiosity get the best of me.

"Alpha Aden I have a question.." i asked him keeping my hands together, feeling Emerson's hand on my back trying to soothe me.

"Yes Lu?" he said looking at me seriously. No tone of playfulness was in his voice.

"I wanted to be straightforward and ask you how you know so much about what is going on? I only knew the basic knowledge of what was given to me by my parents but you know their intentions and as if this has happened before?" I asked him looking at him with curiosity.

Alpha Aden leaned back into his chair and folded his arms into his chest. "Lu and Emerson what I say in this room stays within this room. No telling your parents or anyone else that you both are close to. You have a right to know what is going on and it is all based on your choices entirely. Years ago when the vampire population was at its peak. And everyone lived, surprisingly, in harmony we had kingdoms. The king and queen were both white wolves and the queen was the Alphas daughter of the warrior pack that defended the Royals. But when the King had meet the Queen she was betrothed to the beta's son and she was truly in love with him as well. The mate bond though is powerful and the queen had left to be with the king and that's when the peace was disturbed. The Beta's son had went to the vampires wanting to declare war on the werewolf kingdom and asked the help of the witches who were helping the vampires to help have the queen fall back in love with him again and to break the mate bond as well. But we all know that rejection isn't something as simple as saying you reject someone and she would never be able to have his children as well. Yet none of that stopped him. He was out for blood and wanted the love of his life back to him by any cost what so ever. This caused the Great War, the vampire king had his own intentions of wanting to control the entire supernatural world and have humans as blood bags as well but as they were on the battle field the Alpha King and the Vampire king had a fight to the death. The Alpha king has killed him due to him being of White Wolf but the Queen was attacked by witches, they had placed a spell on her to temporarily fall back in love with the Beta and block the mate bond for a moment. But within that moment she had fallen pregnant with his children. Both king and queen were devastated. But the chances of this child surviving was low because he wasn't the Alpha's child and the Alpha's mark is strong. The king had went to find the Beta when he found him hiding within a cave he tortured him for months until moments before she had was going to give birth, the beta had asked the witches to place a curse on the Royal family on having the Queen to be reincarnated for years and years and to not be able to bear any other child that was his after the birth of his son. The king only saw red when killing the beta and went to his mate. But the child was born the king was in rage because of the birth of the curse and a child that wasn't his. He went to the witches only being able to kill all of them except one who had fled and to never be seen again. She had told him that a Final War would end the curse and that the child would slowly age being able to live for the Final War. I told you the backstory to this due to me being that cursed child. I may not look old but living for hundreds of years can make you wiser and more mature." I was sitting in shock of what he had just told me. I, myself, couldn't believe it.

"Why am I involved though Alpha Aden?"

"Because my dear Lu, your the reincarnated queen, her name is Queen Aluisa, meaning one who is a leader and your name means fighter.
