Moving faster meant different things to each of us. For me it meant longer hours at the table. Earlier mornings and later nights and the particular focused state that I fell into when the work was serious enough to demand everything and I gave it everything without having to think about whether I wanted to. For Cade it meant more calls. More movement. Arriving back at the warehouse at odd hours with that particular quality of alertness that told me he had been somewhere that required it.
