Chapter 10: Reunited

I reached a gas station and asked the person behind the desk if I could make a call. At first, he looked down his nose at me and said no, but I think the more he looked me over and my disheveled state, the more he realized that I’d clearly been through something, and he finally allowed me to make a call.

I called Jax’s number as it was the only one I could remember from my head. “Who the f***k is this?” He asked coldly. I rolled my eyes, always rude and blunt, my Jax.

“It’s Rose.”

“What?! Rose! Where the f***k are you? Why haven’t you called sooner, why—”

“Jax, I’ll explain later.”

“Where are you?”

“I’m not sure, hold on.” I looked at the cashier and asked, and he told me. Nick had made me wear something to cover my eyes when he’d taken me, so I was glad to know we were still in New Orleans and only about two hours from the pack house.

I sat around waiting for Jax nervously outside, I kept jumping at every sound or person I saw thinking Joel had caught up to me. When I finally saw Jax I was happy to see both Fenris and Romulus with him.

I ran into the arms of Romulus first and he held me so hard it was hard to breathe. “We’ve been so worried love, are you ok?” He cupped my face between his hands and looked me over worriedly.

I put my hands over his and smiled, “yes, I’m ok, I’ve missed you all so much, where are the kids?”

“With their grandparents, let’s worry about you first, what happened?”

Jax pulled me into his arms while I explained everything, and he grew furious. “I’m going to f.ucking enjoy killing them both,” he snarled.

Fenris held me from behind and growled, “me too.”

“He saved me from being r.aped,” I said.

“Doesn’t f.ucking matter, he should never have taken you,” Jax snarled, holding me tighter and stroking my hair.

He smelt so good they all did, and my body acted of its own accord I swear! I started rubbing myself against Jax’s leg, and he rose an eyebrow. “You alright, darling?”

“I’m so wet for all of you,” I groaned.

Now the worry was over, they focused on my scent and all three growled low in their throats, Romulus was the one who said, “you smell like you’re in heat, why do you smell like that?”

I hadn’t told them about Nick being my second chance mate and shrugged, “maybe being away from you for so long after we’ve been together so long?”

I was hungry for them, and I made Jax’s leg just as wet as I’d made Nicks.

“Please help me and make it go away,” I groaned.

Jax stroked my hair softly and murmured, “ok darling, let’s get you home.”

We weren’t even halfway back when I was straddling Fenris’ lap and rocking myself against him, rubbing hard against his groin, I grew wetter when I felt his erection growing bigger and harder. “Please help me,” I moaned.

I collapsed breathless against Fenris’ chest, and he laughed softly. Stroking my hair softly, he murmured, “you feel better now babe?”

I nodded and looked back to see Romulus doing his jeans and belt back up before sitting beside us and taking my hand to kiss the back of it.

He let Fenris cuddle with me for a bit, and then he tugged me into his lap instead and held me lovingly against his body.

“I missed you so much,” he whispered against my hair.

“They didn’t hurt you?” He asked.

“No, it was all so weird, they fed us and kept us clean and everything.”

“Get up here, they got to f***k you, and I’ve barely had a cuddle,” Jax said.

I climbed in to the front passenger seat but without taking his eyes off the road he said, “no, I want you on my lap.”

“Jax, you’re driving, I can’t,” I giggled.

Smiling, I rolled my eyes and climbed into his lap. I nuzzled my face against his neck and he made a sound low in his throat. “I’m

When we got in, I ran to the kids and grabbed them all in a hug. Anita, of course, allowed me a few seconds before pushing me away, but Elena and Lucas hugged me tight. “Mummy!” They squealed.

They’d been told I had to go on a little trip, so they wouldn’t worry, and they asked if I’d bought them anything. Laughing I said, “no, but I thought maybe we could go on a trip of our own?”

“Yesss!” They yelled, jumping up and down.

Jax gave me an hour with the kids before he was dragging me to the bedroom to ‘help me’.
