Alice and Kara arrived in the throne room and already seated were Damien, Daniel and their guest, the Queen of the Fairy Kingdom. Kara slowly walked, as she held onto Alice, who directed her towards her seat until she sat down.
‘You may leave, I will look for you when this is all over.’ Kara whispered to Alice, and she nodded in agreement. Damien was seated on the throne and was looking directly at Kara, but she didn’t turn her head in his direction. He was wondering if she was ignoring him on purpose.
The Fairy Queen was frowning deeply as she was displeased with Kara’s attitude, ‘I now know why the Valkyrie Kingdom wants to get rid of you.’ She said arrogantly. Damien frowned at her words but remained quiet because he knew she could handle herself.
