Since the last meeting with her mother, Kara has been in a foul mood, and she has done everything to avoid Damien from seeing her. She had been extremely successful in doing so, but Kara believed that today she wouldn’t be able to hide from him.
Yesterday, Court Lady Stacey had informed her that Damien said he will break down the door if he had too, so he could see her. So, natural Kara knew that today she could not avoid Damien. She was currently getting her hair done by Alice and they heard a knock on the door.
‘Alice, please go and see who it is.’ Kara said with a sigh.
‘Of course, my Lady.’ Alice answered as she slowly walked to the door and opened it to see Damien. ‘Your Majesty.’ Alice uttered as she curtsied to the King.
