Twelve John Cameron stopped and finished his cigarette before entering the shopping mall, which was a short walk uphill from the apartment. He gazed at the town as it made its way up the hill away from the beach. He couldn’t recall there being many shops, let alone a shopping mall, in the seaside town he had visited as a child when his grandmother was alive. The place has certainly developed a bit over the years, he thought, as he window-shopped his way around the mall until he found a menswear store. He went into the shop and looked at the range of clothes on display in the Big Men section.
