A Household Sensation
When Priscilla joined Carlton, Arvana, and Julia in the waiting area of the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, not one of them ran up to her and embraced her. Priscilla knew that Carlton and Julia were both aware that she would not burst out emotionally, certainly not in public. She also knew that Carlton and Julia were aware that she was still her father’s daughter and that she would display the uttermost grace under the worst of circumstances. So Carlton and Julia just stood up and waited for Priscilla to speak first.
